this is a newbie-oriented build that aims to optimize special efficiency with a limited amount of gear slots (2 mains and 6 subs total).
2 subs of sub power up increase super jump speed in beakons by 1s, and in the case of the neo splash and tri, bomb distance+speed
just 1 sub of special saver saves 20p if splatted. you'll notice this will make a big difference on how often you deploy your special.
you're likely to roll at least 0.1/1s of ink res... and that's that. good utility sub tho
vapples and neo splash 1 main of special power up gives you +2 extra succ bombs
jr. and tri, swap special power up for stealth jump (rec. crazy arrows) and take the opportunity to practice your jumps. you could also use this if you get repeatedly jump camped with the neo splash. change ur shoes between matches and see what works best for you!
quick super jump tips, (haha) never jump to a teammate if you see a lot of enemy ink surrounding them unless there's a splatted enemy icon nearby. also, quick jump is a pretty cool ability to use in small quantities, it's one of many useful utility subs for competitive players.
