Heavy Splatling Deco build inspired off of Lux on sendou.ink

I use this for Turf, Zones, and Tower Control.

RSU because Heavy Splatling needs RSU.
SPU because bubbles go boom.
InkRes so you don’t get stuck in enemy ink all the time since Heavy Splatlings don’t have much mobility.
