I really like the Custom Dualies Squelcher and i main them since it was relased. While it needs a good prediction (a miscalculated or reckless action can cost the match), the set and the good range and versatility makes the weapon a well suited swiss army knife for support roles.
Even with a power boost, remember that you aren't a full offensive weapon but more an offensive supporter. You need to balance between defensive movements and offensive pressure. Keep an eye on the field and if needed stop a second in safety to pick the right move.
Edit: If some heavy nerfs won't strike down I would try to reach the X rank, so I upgraded the layout with a common advice on shoes which is quite useful (it guarantees the 3HKO with minimal damage).
